I love this book! The subtitle tells you more about what to expect - “A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability”. If you want to know what makes a good website good (easy to use), and a bad website bad (frustrating) read this! A very easy read (about 2 hours) with lots of colour screen shot examples and diagrams. If you have a favorite book you'd like to pass on - please post a comment.

Hi David,

I thought I would let you know when I was on your blog I happened to notice that LCS isn’t listed along with APMG Exin and ISEB under Other sites.  I am sure it was just a oversight and you would want to know.
