Eileen Collins was so impressive at the 2007 Conference. When we're looking for people, we think of who will make good keynote presenters, and we're looking at their ability to achieve on two levels. 1. What they've achieved in the past - which makes them a person of interest for our Conference attendees. 2. What they can achieve for Pink at the Conference - as a keynote speaker. Commander Collins received a standing ovation when she walked out and another when she finished. That says it all! In this short clip she discusses what she values in a leader at NASA.
