Translation - Please!

Yesterday I received an e-notice about an IT conference that was new to me (I had not seen or heard of it before). So I sent the link to two of my Pink buddies - George & Troy - to ask for their opinions as to whether we should be represented at this event. Troy replied .... I would love to meet the marketing people who came up with this quote from the main page: "Consequently, efforts will be done in order to promote and to foster the analogical thinking required by the Systems Approach for interdisciplinary cross-fertilization, "epistemic things" generation and "technical objects" production." This event sounds like a real hoot! A complementary Pinky to anyone who can help me to translate this into English (I have to keep abreast of what's going on in the industry, you know).

This is perfectly clear to me:

If you relate something to something else, you can make systems out of the different stuff you will think about and the related stuff you need to make.

Moreover, rumor has it that this will be covered in the upcoming sixth ITIL book, tentatively titled, “Service Abstraction—ITIL is the organizational tofu that keeps the corporate stir-fry together.
